1. **Payment**: Full payment or the first installment (if applicable) is required before the commencement of coaching sessions.

2. **Refunds**: Reborn Coaching Ltd operates a no-refund policy. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Reborn Coaching Ltd. Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing.

3. **Cancellations and Rescheduling**: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

4. **Coaching Commitment**: Coaching is a collaborative process. While your coach will provide support, guidance, and tools, your commitment to the process is crucial. Results are not guaranteed, as success depends on your active participation and implementation of the advice provided.

5. **Confidentiality**: All information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s consent, except where required by law.

6. **Termination**: Reborn Coaching Ltd reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if there is a breach of these terms or if it is deemed that the coaching relationship is no longer productive.
